Shipping policy

How long does it take for an order to be created and shipped?
A typical order is created and if needed, shipped in 1-2 weeks. Excluding weekends and holidays. If for any reason an order cannot be shipped in the 1-2 weeks time frame, you will receive a message advising of the delay.


What is the method of shipping?
Almost all of my items are shipped via USPS Mail and should be received within 7 business days and you will be provided a tracking number. I cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery once the item(s) are in possession of the postal service. Delays due to weather/holidays are out of my control. Each item shipped is insured and if it is not received, please email me and I can look into this for you.
**Larger orders such as my Wooden Stove Cover are shipped VIA UPS ground and can take up to week depending on location to be received. Again, a tracking number will be provided and I cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping once the item(s) has left my possession**

 

Do you offer local deliveries and/or porch pick up?
I make local deliveries within reason and do offer porch pick up of items. If items are not picked up after they have been completed for 7 days and no alternate arrangements have been made, your item will put up for re-sale and you will forfeit any money paid for the item(s). If you are not able to pick up or schedule a delivery in this time frame, please email me. I will work with you the best I can to accommodate your schedule.


What do I do if the item I received is damaged while in transit?
If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please email me to let me know. I will need pictures of the box before opening to show the damage, pictures of the damaged item. Since all of the packages are insured, I will have to submit a claim to the shipper with all of this information and wait for them to respond. If you do not want to wait for a claim to be processed you, may ship the item back to me and I will recreate your item. **PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION.**


What happens if I never receive my order?
If you were notified that your order was shipped, please refer to the tracking number to find out the status & location of your item. I cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery once the item(s) are in possession of the postal service/UPS. Delays due to weather/holidays are out of my control. Each item shipped is insured and if it is not received, please email me and I can look into this for you. If the item is deemed missing, I will file a claim with the shipper.
