All sales are final. I do not offer returns/refunds as each of my items are made to order, and customized per your request.

How do I care for my items?

Hand-painted items
All hand painted items are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once an order has been placed for a hand painted item of a particular design, the ordered item will be similar to but not an exact replica of the item. This is in order to maintain the uniqueness of each piece.
*No two pieces will be identical and there will be imperfections but I will do my very best to ensure you are happy with your item*
Accuracy of content
I have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colors of my products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the color of the product requested on delivery.
* Please DO NOT submerge items in water as it can damage the item. Please use a damp cloth to wipe any item should it become dirty*
